In the past few days we have had the pleasure of meeting with a fair number of you. If we have not met you in person just yet we will continue to try to do so and get our welcome package to you. In it is an introduction letter from us and a packet that includes the new rules and regulations for the community.
The Rules and Regulations being implemented by the Community’s management are designed to bring Klondike Gateway up to standard when compared with other communities in Western Canada. While we admit the document might be daunting, we’ve done our best to make sure the rules are written plainly and not in legal jargon. If you have any questions we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Some of the goals of those regulations are:
- Provide a clean and safe community
- Ensure that you have a defined and stable lease agreement
- Keep the park in line with the Town of Valleyview’s bylaws
- Increase property value which benefits everyone
- Boost the look and overall appeal of the community
With your help we look forward to making this corner of Valleyview one of the best parts of the town.
