Part of our job as managers is to maintain the communal areas and utilities. The start of the month came with a very Canadian snowfall and we were eager to show our commitment to upkeep even before we completely had our footing. We were glad to have Visser Bobcat come in and do a fantastic job on short notice.
As we go along we are looking to maintain a list of trusted contractors for more than just the jobs that we help take care of like landscaping and snow removal. A number of professions will help us and the community as a whole. If residents have any tips or suggestions on who to call for services like home levelling, roof repair, pluming, general contracting, furnace maintenance and so forth please let us know. We welcome all suggestions and will be happy to reach out to them for qualifications and quotes when the time comes.
