Spring Cleaning

Spring time has arrived and with spring comes spring cleaning! Part of our Phase One improvements to the neighbourhood includes a big push to improve the general organisation and cleanliness of both the public space and individual lots. To help achieve that goal we have brought in a large bin from Razorback Waste that will is open to all residents. It is free to use until it is full. Please use this opportunity to get rid of any unwanted clutter in your yards. We are specifically hoping to take aim and reduce the number of big items such as mattresses, water heaters, furniture and disused yard items that are around. It’s not just the outside that we wish to help with though. If residents have items that are inside which you have been hoping to toss, like appliances or furniture please feel free to do so. GGC is happy to help give you that opportunity. Just please remember that electronic items, concrete, dirt and chemicals such as paint or motor oil are not allowed in the bin.

Management is also pushing forward on improvements to the company managed units. Tidying them up and making them an attractive part of the neighbourhood is a major part of our Phase One plan. GGC will be improving the skirting and general appearance as well as updating the lighting and installing fencing. We look forward to leading by example with the new Rules and Regulations.

As always if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
