It’s been a busy summer full of renovations and repairs. We are happy to have reached the stage where we are focusing on some of the bigger improvements around the neighbourhood. Among one of the first you’ve probably noticed is the pothole repair that was started last weekend. So far we have repaired over 30 individual potholes both big and small.
Further repairs and regrading will be done to the south side of the crescent which experiences more drastic water draining during the spring melt and summer rains. The goal of the regrading will be to have water flow more efficiently into the ditch and away from existing homes. This will also make the road less soft in the wetter months.
