Come January 2020 management of Klondike Gateway is looking to transition away from the few remaining cash payments in favour of e-transfers or direct deposits. Pre-dated cheques will also be accepted for at least three months in advance. This is all in an effort to streamline rent collection and record keeping. The goal is to spend more time addressing repairs and maintenance and less collecting rent and doing multiple deposits. Methods of Payment
- E-transfer to rent@klondikegateway.ca.
- Cheque made out to GGC Management Corp. Cheques must be given to management directly or postmarked prior to due date. It is important to note that bounced cheques are subject to an administrative fee, for this reason we intend to move away from accepting cheques and will be happy to work with you to make the switch.
